## Notes

- Library licensing and plan pricing are separate: every `@reopt-ai/opt-*` package stays MIT regardless of plan.
- AI credits refill monthly and do not roll over.
- Credit consumption varies by model and token usage. Requests pause when either your monthly allowance or the service's shared credit pool runs out.
- Template packs are one-time purchases installed as code with `opt block add`.
