Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the design system services provided by reopt-ai (the "Company"), including the terms, conditions, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the users with respect to use of the Company's services.
2. Definitions
"User" means any registered or unregistered person who uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms. "Service" means the reopt-ai design system packages, documentation, tools, and any related services offered by the Company.
3. Effect and Modification of Terms
These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service. The Company may modify these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law and will provide notice at least 7 days before the effective date of any change. For changes that are unfavorable to users, notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
4. Use of the Service
The Service is, in principle, available 24 hours a day, year-round, except where business or technical considerations require otherwise. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service in accordance with its operating policies, and shall not provide separate compensation unless otherwise required by law.
5. Software Licenses
Open-source packages provided by the Company are made available under the terms specified in each package's LICENSE file (such as the MIT License). Users must comply with the obligations stated in the applicable license.
6. User Obligations
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, the Company's usage guides, and any notices posted within the Service. Users must not engage in any conduct that interferes with the Company's business operations.
7. Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to provide the Service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, war, telecommunications outages, hacking incidents, or scheduled maintenance of service equipment. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by user fault.
8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the court of first instance for any such dispute.
